We have begun our off season work-outs on Mondays after school from 3pm to approximately 4:30pm. Beginning Thursday 10/22 -4:30pm to 5:30pm( and for the next two Thursdays) our fitness program will move to the YMCA in Middletown.

Laura Baird will conduct spinning(cycle) classes to condition our players for the season. There is a $10.00 charge per/session payable to Al Trezza.
Highly suggested to bring: sneakers- shorts-change of shirt-water*--players to provide own transportation to the YMCA.
On Ice Sessions will begin 11/02/09 for all Varsity and new members to the team.
