Varsity Practices: Monday 4:45-6pm—Thursday 4:45-6pm—Friday 4:30-5:30
(Practices should start approximately Nov 1st)

JV Practices: Friday 4:30-5:30pm---additional league practice slots

Pre Season Workouts: (optional)

· Wednesday (3-4:30) w/coach – (team workouts optional days)
· Cycling class and power fitness—(at Middletown YMCA 6:30-8PM): 4 sessions on Tuesdays- begin October 2nd—Cost: $30.00— must pre-register by emailing coach – 18 spots open- varsity considered 1st: must sign-up and have check made out to AL Trezza by Wednesday 09/26/09

Pre: Season Tryouts: Any player NOT on varsity last year including last year’s swing players.

· Sunday October 10/14-6:50 to 8:30pm
· Sunday October 10/21-6:50 to 8:30pm

Important Basic Rules To Note:
· Burke Athletic code of conduct is foundation of program (see: Burke Web Page: http://athletics.burkecatholic.org/


· All in school problems including $ fees: see: Mr. Dolan
· All on ice problems see: Coach TrezzaDuring season: November 1ST to winning State Title – you must be available for all practices-games-team activities-tournaments: Burke Hockey must take precedent over all outside activities (including travel hockey)
