12/24/2007---Both Varsity and the JV teams suffered losses this past weekend.
On Friday night St. Joe's handed the Varsity boys their second loss of the season; final score 4-2.
After falling behind 3-0 after two periods of play, the Eagles responded with two third period goals only to fall short with the comeback.
Greg Brushett and Tommy Farr provided the offense with one goal each .
** ** ** **On Saturday the junior Eagles lost to the Big Dogs 3-1. The game featured some end to end action as the Eagles held their own despite a short bench. Alex Day scored scored the lone Burke tally.
*** *** ***On Sunday night, the Alumni and the Varsity battled to a 7-7 tie. No defense in this one; as the spirited contest provided many offensive highlights.
